Tim Buckley
RI District 5870
A fourth generation Rotarian (Rotary Club of Wichita, Kansas), Tim Buckley has been a member of the Rotary Club of Northwest Austin since 1988. In addition to serving as the 1993-1994 President, he has been a Group Representative to the District Governor Nominating Committee, as well as a District Trainer, New Club Extension Chair, Assistant Governor, and District Secretary.
With more than 17 years of perfect attendance, Tim is a RI Foundation Benefactor, a member of The White Hat Society and The Paul Harris Society as well as a recipient of multiple Paul Harris Fellow awards. With his leadership, Tim helped start four new District clubs and in 1998 was inducted into the District Roll of Fame.
In November, 2006, he and his wife Gail joined 95 members from across the U.S. in a Rotary Foundation assisted international club effort to immunize children against polio during the National Immunization Days in Ghana, West Africa.
Tim and Gail have three children, three grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Their son Jordan, also a Paul Harris Fellow, continues the family Rotary tradition, serving three times as President of the Interact Club at Westwood High School.

Randi Duckworth

In 1998, Randi Duckworth joined the Wills Point Rotary Club and has served in many officer positions, including club President in 2002-2003. A Paul Harris Fellow, she received the 2002-2003 Rotarian of the Year award for her active work within the organization. In addition, Randi has served on the Board of Directors for the Van Zandt County American Cancer Society. She is currently Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Crisis Prevention Network/Dogs Against Drugs in Athens, Texas.
Rotary International District 5830 has 45 clubs and includes 21 counties in Texas, Miller County in Arkansas, and 3 counties in Oklahoma. Over the 85 years of its existence, District 5830 Rotarians have contributed over $2 million dollars for humanitarian and educational purposes to the Rotary Foundation. The clubs of District 5830 also directly sponsor medical and dental mission as well as matching-grant projects in Belize, Guatemala, Togo, Kenya, Mexico, India, and the Philippines.
Randi is married to her college sweetheart, Greg. Together they have two children Hayden, age 11, and Hunter, age 9. Randi holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and owns a photography portrait studio.

Fred Sandberg

A native Texan, Fred Sandberg served in the U. S. Army before settling in Texas City to work as a machine designer in the petrochemical industry. With the help of the GI Bill, Fred obtained his pilot’s license and earned many rating through Airline Transport Pilot. For 25 years, Fred was the President and Chief Flight Instructor of his own Part 91 flying school. During this period, he feel most everything from piper cubs to 737.
Fred and his family moved to Santa Fe, Texas where he became Rotary Club President. Fred is a multiple Paul Harris fellow, member of the District 5910 Roll of Fame, and has received numerous Rotary awards and recognition. He attended one Rotary International convention and every District Conference since he has been in Rotary. He has held many offices in Rotary: club Director, Sergeant at arms, President, District Chairman, Member of many District Committees, Assistant Governor, and now Governor.
Clarence R. “Reggie” Williams

Clarence R. “Reggie” Williams has been a Rotarian since January 1993, serving as the Rotary Club of San Antonio’s Director, Vice President, President-Elect and President. During his year as President, the club grew to over 750 members becoming the largest Rotary Club in the world and was the “Host Club” to the very successful 2001 Rotary International Convention. Reggie and his wife, Buzz, are both Paul Harris Fellows.
After graduating from college, Reggie became an officer in the United States Air Force and retired with the rank of Colonel. He retired from USAA as a Senior Vice President of Information Systems Operations. He then became the President/CEO of the San Antonio Area Foundation. Reggie has wide community interests and serves on many boards including CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital and the College of Wooster Board of Trustees. |
